The part after launch, with a scope and a schedule.

Month seven is when people start wondering what they are paying for. The monthly report exists to answer that question before it gets asked.

01

What is covered

Hosting, SSL, security patches, uptime monitoring, domain renewal tracking, and a set amount of content edits each month. Higher tiers add performance monitoring, SEO health checks, and Google Business Profile management.

Things get handled before you notice them, and then reported so you can see that they happened. A renewal that would have lapsed, a plugin with a published vulnerability, a page that got slower after someone uploaded a 40-megabyte photo — those are the ordinary contents of a month.

02

The monthly report

One page. Uptime, page speed, what changed, what I did, and what I would suggest next. Real numbers, no dashboard login, and short enough that you will actually read it.

Bigger changes get quoted separately, so nothing appears on an invoice as a surprise line item.

03

What you keep

Your domain, hosting, and every subscription are registered in your name, on your card, from day one. You are the owner and I am added as an admin. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and you keep the site, the code, and the domain, and nothing breaks on the way out.

What’s included

In the base price. These are the reason the rest of it holds up.

Hosting & SSLManaged hosting, certificates renewed before they expire.
Security patchingDependencies and platform updates applied on a schedule.
Uptime monitoringAlerting when the site goes down, usually before you hear about it.
Domain renewalsTracked so a lapsed registration never takes the site offline.
Content editsA set amount each month, no ticket queue.
Monthly reportOne page, real numbers, every month.

Worth saying plainly

This is maintenance, and maintenance is not growth. A care plan keeps the site fast, patched, and online. It will not increase your traffic on its own, and I would rather say that here than let you infer otherwise from an invoice.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

What does the monthly plan actually cover?

Hosting, SSL, security patches, uptime monitoring, domain renewal tracking, and a set amount of edits each month. Higher tiers add performance monitoring, SEO health checks, Google Business Profile management, and the monthly report.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. You keep the site, the code, and the domain. There is no exit fee and no lock-in, because the domain and hosting were in your name the whole time.

Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Sometimes. It depends on what the site is built on and what condition it is in. I will look at it first and tell you honestly whether a care plan makes sense or whether you are better off rebuilding.

What counts as an edit?

Text changes, image swaps, new pages within the existing design, hours and pricing updates. Anything that needs new design or new functionality gets quoted separately so it never shows up unexpectedly.
